His industry experience has driven Jules to place an emphasis on providing a high degree of professionalism and service, which continues to resonate with agents and clients.
Greg Harden, co-founder of Oxford Property Group has a background in management consulting which gave him an inside view of how to build a company that was as easy to work with as it is efficient. With over 25 years of experience in real estate, Greg put the best practices that he had cultivated to build a real estate firm that would thrive in a changing market.
In 2015, Molly Bowman came on board to Oxford as the Director of Operations. Prior to joining the team, Molly graduated from Louisiana Tech with a degree in journalism and English. As editor-in-chief of the school paper, she became accustomed to the fast-paced environment of deadlines and the importance of efficient communication through a variety of channels. Moving to NYC after graduation, she worked for a real estate technology startup where she was able to learn about the industry from the ground up while developing a keen insight on how real estate firms operate and how to improve the client experience. With a passion for systemic organization, she has optimized the Oxford systems to run efficiently and continues to refine them over time.
As the Chief Financial Officer, Dina is responsible for flawlessly maintaining the day to day functions of the financial aspects for Oxford Spire.Through her tenacity and hard work, she was able to climb the ranks after only six months solidifying her place as an irreplaceable member of the team. As a testament to her neverending drive, Dina has simultaneously obtained her certification as a Notary Public, Real Estate Salesperson License and her degree in Business Administration and Management from Baruch College while running all facets of the business.
Josh lived in Manhattan for more than 18 years and practiced real estate since 2001 and loves it with a passion. He has spent nearly that entire time gaining “in the trenches” experience in the NYC real estate market. Prior to his successful real estate career, Josh honed his sales skills and his hustle in both the sports memorabilia and office supplies industries. He is married to Dr. Elissa Diamond-Fields, DC, and they are proud parents to a beautiful daughter named Lexi and a beautiful Shih-Tzu named Molly. Josh is a die-hard, year-round New York sports addict, and holds season tickets for the Knicks, Jets, and his beloved Yankees. Yes, that’s right: Josh Fields either attends or watches all 162+ Yankees games every season!
Josh earned a B.A. from SUNY Albany in 1992 where he majored in Communications and minored in Criminal Justice. He is a Member of the Real Estate Board of NY.
Travis is a high-energy, creative force of nature. He has been in the NYC real estate industry for years and has an extensive background in marketing and business operations working for the largest Chevrolet dealership in the country for over 5 years. Now he’s ready to take on the corporate side of real estate as Director of Recruiting and Development for Oxford. His focus will be optimizing resources and creating new opportunities so agents always have top-level tools and support to do what they do best, close deals! Travis is agile, dynamic, and always looking for new ways to streamline and improve operations to keep drawing in top agent talent to the brokerage.
David holds degrees from Harvard’s Visual and Environmental Studies and Steven Institute’s Product Architecture & Engineering programs. David was the founder and CEO of Bandwagon, a NYC-based ridesharing service for individuals, events, and transit hubs, where he had many successes including winning the Verizon Powerful Answers award. David is also the founder of the Fixers Collective, a community dedicated to the care and restoration of broken things.
Oded Hecht joined Oxford Property Group as a Leasing Director in 2016. Having built an exclusive boutique real estate firm into a thriving company with over 120 agents, Oded wanted to ensure that his agents were able to access the technology and talent that Oxford had cultivated. At Oxford, Oded mentors agents and manages the rental division of the company. Both pursuits enable Oded to pursue the standards in excellence that he instituted at his prior firm.
Heba joined the Oxford Team in March 2021. She brings over 10 years of administrative experience in office management, human resources and accounting. She has a degree in Public Relations/Communication Arts, and is the main point of contact for agents in the office. She is responsible for the overall coordination of resources that allow the company to operate efficiently. Prior to joining the team she spent 7 years in Dubai and worked in tourism and investment consultancies. As well as 5 years in Los Angeles in the hotel investment and development industry. She has a passion for organization, communication and a flawless approach of handling the daily operations of the office. In her free time she offers holistic healing sessions in Reiki, Regression Therapy and Mindfulness workshops.

Arizona has been part of the Oxford Team for over two years now. She takes command of the company's day to day operations and manages a team responsible for assisting the Oxford agents with any questions or concerns. Arizona holds a Bachelor's Degree in the specialization of English in Pristina, Kosovo. Arizona is no stranger to the Real Estate world, having spent several years working for different construction companies headquartered in New York and California, she has a lot of industry experience and is very qualified for this role.
Enxhi is the Executive Assistant to the COO at Oxford. She has been with the company for over 2 years and helps with administrative tasks, various corporate reports, and team management. She supports Team Moof, Oxford’s largest and most successful sales team. She studied Law at The University of Prishtina in Kosovo and also has a background in arts, photography, graphic design and web development.
Erisa joined Oxford in 2021 and has been a vital part of the team ever since. Her primary duty is to onboard new agents and also updating reports monthly with accurate data. She's very detail-oriented so she makes sure all her numbers are correct before submitting anything to upper management. She likes traveling when she can, video - editing and reading in her free time.
