As a born and bred New Yorker, Brendan possesses an undeniably unique knowledge of the city and a skill set that has been honed with over seven years in the industry.  He began his career assisting renters and has since expanded his business to sales, guiding buyers and helping sellers assess the current market.  By always putting the client first, Brendan strives not only to find the most ideal living situation for his clients but is right by their side through the whole process, educating them on the ins and outs of the ever-changing landscape of New York City real estate.  Real estate became a passion for Brendan after a lifelong appreciation of the city’s building architecture and witnessing how each building fit into the topography of New York City’s distinct neighborhoods.
