I help New Yorkers buy and sell with confidence by cutting through noise, hype, and guesswork. I’ve lived and worked on three continents, launched brands from scratch, built a restaurant in a market that said it couldn’t be done, and carried families through transitions. Every step taught me the same lesson: the numbers matter, but the truth matters more. Since 2023, I’ve been applying that same approach to New York real estate. I guide buyers and sellers through the chaos with clear insight on value, taxes, zoning, and neighborhood potential, but I also bring in more: a willingness to cut through the polite promises and tell clients exactly what they need to hear. Fluent in English, German, and Bulgarian, I work easily across cultures and negotiations. My academic path through sociology, psychology, and philosophy sharpened my understanding of people; my MBA sharpened my strategy. My goal isn’t a quick transaction. It’s long-term relationships built on trust, results, and the kind of honesty that survives market swings.
