With a strong background in finance, including managing a multi-million-dollar department, investment sales and mortgage loans, Juan Lozano has the deep business acumen and integral people skills to help discerning buyers and sellers reach their New York City real estate goals.  Juan is dedicated to enabling his clients to make informed decisions by providing them with extensive market data as well as a detailed analysis of their projected investment in a property. Above all, he caters his approach to the particular needs of each client. "I take pride in understanding their specific goals and delivering exactly what clients need and want," says Juan. Juan was born in Ecuador and grew up in New York. He received a bachelor's degree in political science from Queens College. In addition to his passion as an Real Estate Agent, Juan invests in Real Estate himself, buys and redevelops properties, as well as rental generating assets He lives in Queens and, in his spare time, volunteers in New York City as a personal development coach for teenagers and adults.
