I do what I love, I must say, Selling Manhattan Real Estate is my forte. 20 Years and Counting, I am here to stay. I provide 5 star service; client's Real Estate valet. Originally from Pittsburgh, who knew? Clark Atlanta educated, yes an HBCU; Fluent in English, but I can converse in other languages. Comment allez-vous? Majored in Biochemistry aspired to be an OB/GYN. Disliked the bureaucracy of HMOs so my journey on Wall Street begins. Hired because I studied Japanese; I could translate the error codes making trading an ease. 8 years From Commercial Paper to Foreign Currency Exchange the world was my open door. My position moved to Singapore, I refused; so 2004 Real Estate I started to explore. Just as S&P was first my financial part, 2004 Citi-Habitats was my real estate start. My vast financial background paired well with real estate. As I knew the traders' culture, spoke their language, even knew when to date. I was the "Traders Agent" , their go to; check mate. Then came 2008... My European Traders, rich playboys no more. Gone were the Soho lofts, sent home, now poor. 2009 to 2014 , Rutenberg, Elliman, Halstead; sharpening my skills in between. I had become a Foreign Investor Specialist, green tea, my new caffeine. 2014 I moved to Kian Realty with my old friend from Citi-Habitat and my portfolio was enhanced. From the selling at the Orion to HDFC’s in Harlem my genre had advanced. I started traveling to Asia, pitching and selling NY condos, as three times per year I was invited. My old FX trading territories with new relations, all coming together; I was delighted. 2017 changes were made to the EB5, my Foreign Investors started to dive. 2019 I left Kian for Oxford, a bold move but I had to stay alive. Today, I primarily work in Harlem and I love the vibe. I specialize in the HDFCs, the communities 40 Acres and a mule there I thrive. I use my education to advance the conversation. Changing tenants to homeowners is a great sensation. I show buyers and sellers how to win even in inflation. Happy to help, and doing so with a smile.
