Oxford Agents Soar to Success with Teamwork

We know our agents thrive when they are given the tools to collaborate with each other and build dynamic teams that get more done together than they ever would apart. It’s one of the reasons we are delighted to see the success of the Cunard Team at Oxford. Composed of a tight-knit group of agents, the Cunard Team is currently under contract for residence 12-G that they listed at the Visionaire in Battery Park City. The contract that they secured was for $20,000 more than other units have sold for in that line over the past year. We’re thrilled for their success and wanted to share more about how they reached this milestone together. Unit 12-G is a magnificent residence. With two bedrooms and two baths, the apartment is large enough to feel spacious while still being intimate and inviting. The oversized windows offer spectacular views of the New York City skyline and the kitchen is a chef’s dream. From the naturally-lit pool to the spa, whirlpool, sauna, steam room and hot tub, living at the Visionaire feels more like always having a decadent retreat available in the building. The Sky Garden at the Visionaire is a special space which provides incredible views of the Hudson River along with an outdoor kitchen wetbar, grills,and cabanas for entertaining. The residents’ lounge and children’s playroom are wonderful additions to this fantastic building and part of the foundation for the thriving community within the building. Since the Cunard Team saw what an excellent opportunity 12-G was at the Visionaire, they counseled the sellers to consider upgrades to enhance the appeal of the residence. Jonathan and his team personally oversaw the improvements that took place while the sellers were away on vacation. Then, working collectively, the Cunard Team strategically reached out to brokers in the Battery Park City area to notify them of this excellent listings while creating a targeted social media campaign. One of the calls to brokers in the neighborhood led to a conversation that ended in an offer being made for 12-G. The buyer was a client of a local broker who was looking for what the gorgeous residence offered and was eager to finalize the deal. An agreement was quickly reached and we are delighted to say that we expect a closing to take place in June. We know the new owners will be thrilled with their new home, as the sellers are with the services of the Cunard Team and their careful attention to details.
