As we embarked on our first home purchase, we had no idea where to start. Once we started working with Shirin, we knew we were in good hands. From day one, Shirin was generous with her time, her knowledge, and her company! She was so patient with us and never once questioned setting up tons of appointments for us as we explored basically every neighborhood in the city and Brooklyn. We never felt rushed or pressured but when she knew we liked something, she encouraged us to move forward. And we did! As first time home buyers, we were very nervous about the entire process but Shirin made everything feel so smooth and manageable. She worked very hard for us to make sure we had appointments to see any apartments we expressed interest in and was always very quick to respond to any of our many questions. While we saw the units together Shirin would be ready to support in any way, sharing her perspective of the unit and using the info she learned about us to make thoughtful recommendations. After the offer was made on a home, Shirin kept us updated on the process and made great recommendations for who to work with in terms of Banks and Attorneys.
