2020 in Review

2020 was a year that Oxford and Spire agents demonstrated just how resourceful and dynamic they can be, as they leveraged tools and technology to deliver outstanding service to their clients amid a global pandemic.

With Oxford and Spire having created a strategic partnership to pool their talent and resources, over 750+ agents now have access to the state-of-the-art platforms that give them the ability to manage their deals on the go. The 100% commission firms continue to attract top talent and the agents have closed deal after deal even with the challenges that they faced in the past year.

CEO and Co-Founder of Oxford Property Group Adam Mahfouda’s advice and insight is sought by Forbes, which features Adam as an expert on the Forbes Real Estate Council. Most recently, Adam gave suggestions on how to increase a home’s curb appeal, noting that it's critical to "make your property look like it's being taken care of!"

Jules Borbely, COO of Oxford Property Group was also featured in the press. He shared with why you should always go through the final walkthrough of a new property "with your real estate agent...take advantage of their experience."

StreetEasy has a prestigious awards ceremony and we are thrilled to share that Oxford agent Darlene Brown won the distinguished Essys Community Champion award. Described as a "pillar in her community" we are so proud of how Darlene helps her clients and all of her accomplishments!

2021 is shaping up to be an exciting year already, with Bloomberg outlining in a recent article that buyers will be looking for brownstones in Brooklyn or to negotiate a deal on a luxury condo in Manhattan.
