We’re delighted to be hosting a professional training series with Joyce Liendo on qualifying leads this week in New York City.
Joyce has dedicated nearly a decade to helping clients buy and sell condos and co-ops in New York City, quickly approaching almost 1,000 successfully rented apartments. She has extensive knowledge of the boroughs of Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens — having closed more than $15M in sales and currently represents over 20 residential rental buildings throughout Manhattan and Queens.
Held on August 2nd in the Bank of America Tower, Joyce will share the questions that she focuses on with clients to ensure that she is able to understand their search criteria, needs, must-haves, and motivations that will get them to the closing table. With the training running from 10am-12pm, you can reserve your space by signing up here.
Joyce’s training will emphasize how brokers can develop the necessary rapport skills to be able to hold an extended conversation with clients — to understand clients needs without an interrogation. Joyce’s presentation will enable agents and brokers to flourish in a demanding real estate market.
Since many clients are in a transition point in their lives when they need to move, agents serve as their trusted guide to better understanding the market or neighborhood where they want to live. Whether the client is moving because of a new job or a new relationship arrangements, for many - agents are the only source of real estate information that they can trust. Developing the conversational and listening skills that Joyce will expound upon will enhance agents’ ability to ask the right questions and get the needed answers to close the deal.
“We’ve developed these trainings in part by the feedback that we’ve gotten from Oxford agents and what they are looking for in a professional series like this,” Adam said.
“We’re looking forward to learning from Joyce and applying it to our business as we continue to expand,” Adam added.
